Also the Oxford City Planning Committee will make a decision on a planning application not delegate to planning officer. You can find out more about committee by going to their page.  To view upcoming meetings of the planning committee just go to their meetings page. The Parish Council are a legal consultee and will review all planning applications in Old Marston either at the full council meeting or will call an ad hoc meeting of the Planning Committee if consultation deadline is before the next main meeting. Major Developments in or Affecting Old Marston:

This is a small piece of land off Butt’s Lane next to Buswell Mobile Home Park. It was designated in the Local Plan for future development of 39 dwellings. There will be a public consultation before plans are submitted later this year.
