Also the East Area Planning Committee will make a decision on a planning application not delegate to planning officer. You can find out more about committee by going to their page. The Parish Council are a legal consultee and will review all planning applications in Old Marston either at the full council meeting or will call an ad hoc meeting of the Planning Committee if consultation deadline is before the next main meeting. We will also pass on any comments made by local residents to us.
