Duncan Hatfield
I was born in Wallingford and grew up in the village of Cholsey. I studied Geography in Liverpool and later moved to Oxford, and have lived in Marston for eleven years.
For a many years I worked in care work, before moving onto administration and later retail. I have also run holiday playschemes for children. For a number of years I helped to run a youth club and children's club in Marston until they closed. I am keen to see better facilities for our local young people and children.
I have been involved in local politics for many years and joined the Parish Council in 2006. I am also responsible for setting up and running the Parish Council website. I edit the bulletin and chair the committee responsible for the play areas.
