Boults Lane Development Project
Had meeting. New plan looked at by Steering Committee, noted roof lowered.
LG has written to Mr Hook to ask Environmental Health rules regarding existing external doors to resist break-ins. Response: 1) Put steel plate over door or remove match boarding and replace with heave duty plywood. LG has asked for a quote, but not received a response yet (outstanding since 20/03).
Will invite residents to look at plans, but on hold for a month now pending approval.

Any Other Business
NB: Overhanging trees on pavements – trees causing obstruction when parking on footpath. Noted County can ask the householder to cut back but they are slow to act. Park Walk is one example, Oxford Road is another.
MC to look at Nicholas Avenue and speak to CH regarding calling it in.
WC reported Mortimer Hall had spent money on hi fi equipment and arranged it so as to reduce noise but still had received a complaint. Asked Mr Solaja from Environmental Health to come and have a look, but not arranged a date for this yet. Agreed will lock the equipment at the setting limit, once agreed.
Complaint regarding Arlington Drive alleyway (dog fouling) would like signs installed and also would like a dog bin but understand these re only in parks. Noted City Works are cleaning as part of the deep clean.
DH recommends Councillors take a look at the website. Got email addresses for all Councillors.
